The service

SnapZudio lets event organizers share photos with their guests through an event link or QR code. Each organizer controls who can view and upload photos for their event. SnapZudio is operated by Akaira Ventures Private Limited.

Photos you upload

Upload only photos that you took or have the right to share. You keep the rights to your photos. By uploading, you allow the event organizer and us to store them, show them to the event's audience and make them available for download, for as long as the event's photos are kept.

Acceptable use

Do not upload nudity, sexual content, violence, hateful or illegal content, or photos taken where people expect privacy. Do not try to see photos or events you are not allowed to see, overload or disrupt the service, or collect photos or faces with automated tools.

Uploads are checked automatically and may be held, hidden or removed by the organizer or by us.

Face search

Face search is optional and only looks for photos within one event. Matches may not always be exact: it can miss photos or show photos of someone else.

Removing photos

If a photo shows you and you want it removed, use the removal option at the event or contact us (see the privacy policy). Photos that break these terms may be removed without notice.

Availability

We work to keep SnapZudio available and your photos safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content uploaded by others. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [to be confirmed before launch] have jurisdiction.
